Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You can return items free of charge at our stores.
For returns to our online warehouse, a return fee of 79 SEK applies, which will be deducted from your refund.
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received your order. Products must be returned in essentially unchanged condition (undamaged and unused).
When returning an item, please include your order number and the reason for the return.
If an item is defective or if we have sent the wrong product, Noolabel covers the return shipping cost.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The following products cannot be returned:

Gift cards
-
Underwear & swimwear where the protective plastic has been removed

Cosmetics & earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Shoes missing the original box
If a product is returned in altered or damaged condition, a deduction of up to 100% may be applied.
If you want the returned item sent back after the deduction, a shipping fee of 39 SEK applies.
We do not offer exchanges—if you want a new product, a new order must be placed.
Complaints
If an item is defective, you should file a complaint as soon as possible.
Noolabel follows the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act, and the right to complain is valid for 3 years from receipt.
Normal wear and tear is not covered under the complaint.
If no defect is found, a return fee of 79 SEK may be charged.
